Sitters provides "In Your Home" pet sitting services as well as house and
farm sitting. Packages below contain general guidelines of services however we believe that each pet is unique and may have
different requirements. We would be happy to tailor any package for you to meet your pet's individual needs. We offer pet sits between 6am and 9pm, 7 days
a week. AM visits are between 6am - 11am, Mid-Day visits run 12pm - 5pm and PM visits are 6pm - 9pm.

- There
is a $2.00 fee for each additional pet.
- Clients booking a minimum of 2 days per week (Mon-Fri) on a monthly
basis are eligible for discounts.

farm's needs. We understand that many farms have cats and dogs as well and will do our best to keep your costs as low
as possible.
House Sitting ~ $14* Includes 1 visit for 15 minutes

- Discounts are given to clients who book on a monthly
basis.
- Light housekeeping.
- Thorough
check of all windows and doors to ensure no tampering has occurred.
- A visual check of all rooms to ensure there are no water leaks, mold, etc.
- A status update can be provided via phone, email or mail according
to your preference.
- Pictures of damage or issues
can be emailed to you immediately.
- All plants
will be cared for, mail will be brought in and curtains adjusted.
- Repairmen
can be contacted and met with should damage occur.
Key Pick Up / Key Return ~ $12 Fee is charged for each instance

- Clients are not charged if key is provided during
their consultation visit.
- Zoo Sitters can provide
clients with a Key Retention authorization form which allows Zoo Sitters to retain your keys for future trips. A completed
form will eliminate this fee.
- Two sets of keys are required for service.
*A Holiday Fee of $10
per visit will be added to your invoice should your visits span any of the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day,
Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter,
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
**Clients with more than 5 plants may be charged an additional
$5 as this adds to our total visit time.
Visit Times:
AM visits normally take place between the hours of 6am & 11am, MID DAY between 12 &
5pm, and PM visits between 6 & 9pm. Zoo Sitters will visit as closely to your requested time as possible. However, if we are caring for multiple
pets, the times may be shifted to make the most logistical sense.
